Synthos Conseil & Technologie is a Quebec-based firm that combines over 50 years of experience in consulting and industry. We specialize in Odoo ERP system integration and business optimization. Our mission is to help SMEs in Quebec and across Canada regain control of their operations through technological solutions that truly work for them.

Too often, companies are hindered by complex processes and poorly adapted systems. At Synthos, we believe that technology should be a growth lever, not a burden. That’s why we combine our engineering rigor and cutting-edge expertise (especially in the Odoo ecosystem) to simplify processes, automate non-value-added tasks, and standardize information flows. Mathieu Dagenais, Ing. – Partner bridges the gap between business challenges and technological solutions. With 15 years of industry experience, primarily in supply chain management, he possesses a concrete understanding of the flow of goods and information. His career includes 8 years leading operational teams and active participation in large-scale systems integration projects (SAP and NAV).

Its motto:Simplify, Automate, Perform.With his industrial engineering training from ÉTS, he intimately understands the reality on the ground of Quebec SMEs. He ensures that each ERP implementation is not just a simple IT project, but a real operational overhaul designed to optimize profitability and give control back to leaders.

  • Training:B. Eng. in Operations and Logistics Engineering (ÉTS), Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management (U. de Sherbrooke), Graduate Diploma in E-commerce Management (HEC Montréal - in progress).

Julien Leboeuf, B. Eng.– Partner brings the analytical and structural rigor essential for large-scale projects. With over 20 years of consulting experience in Quebec, he has established himself as a specialist in digital transformation, having led the integration of multiple management solutions (WMS, CMS, ERP).

An expert in solving complex problems, he translates business needs into logical and efficient architectures. His vision ensures that the solutions deployed by Synthos meet the highest quality standards and integrate smoothly and sustainably into the daily operations of manufacturing teams.

  • Education:B. Eng. in Software Engineering (Laval University).

Maxime Desmarais – Partner  is the technological pillar of the firm. With over 15 years of experience in the Odoo ecosystem, process automation, and IT infrastructure management, he possesses the technical vision necessary to build stable, secure, and high-performing environments.

From advanced ERP customization to complex data migration, including cloud management (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), Maxime ensures that clients' digital foundations are always impeccable, secure, and scalable.

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science (Laval University).
